I've found some wheels I like here is their size
18"X8.5" 5X120mm. They are offered in 30mm 35mm 42mm offset
Any opinion on which offset would be best....it appears they all will fit but want closest to stock appearance
Thoughts?

Re: Offset recommendation
Before making a selection, you need to consider whether you are changing tire size or lowering the car.
The +30mm wheel won't be a good choice, IMO--tire/wheel is pushed too far outboard.
That leaves the +35 & +42 options.
Some comparisons with other wheels:
Camaro - 20's
F is +35 (8")
R is +40 (9") - the result is usually tire contact with wheel opening, requiring the rolling of the fender (inner) lip
Chevy SS sedan - 19's
F is +48 (8.5")
R is +57 (9")
I tend to be conservative--so my first choice would be +42mm, but you might get by with the +35mm option. The issue will be what tire size you intend to use--with tire(s) wider than 255 section width, use the +42 wheel.
235/50-18 use +35 offset (27.3" diameter)
255/45-18 use either offset (27.0 > 27.1" diameter)
anything larger use +42 offset (tire diameters get a little crazy here)

Bill
Thanks for info/opinion
Staying stock hieght and stock tire size.....so sounds like 42mm is the ticket
Want OEM with just a black aluminum wheel instead of steel with plastic cover

Re: Offset recommendation
For reference These are factory front tires, they are 18x8 +35 they stick out a little, if you are going with a wider tire i would say the +42 are good.
The rears are 18x9.5 with a +45 with 285/40/18s
