TPMS Question

Post by The Tech »

I have a question about TPMS sensors. With the full size spare being the ssame wheel and tire as is on the car does the spare have an inactive TPMS sensor i it or would I have to put one in to use the spare as a fifth wheel in the regular tire rotation?

The spare is good to go, just need one of those tools you can buy off the internet, to do resets. They work.

Thanks Bob. I was hopeful that was the case. I can't see saving an already 3 year old tire and not putting it to use.
