Found these for sale. They look mint with good tires. Will these fit?

Re: Thoughts? BMW BBS LM Wheels 19"
all tires are too short, narrow (front listed as 225) with insufficient load capacity for PPV
without knowing offsets, impossible to say if the wheels would work without issues--no offset info on the listing
retail new price on these wheels is WAY up there....$950 for all 4 is....fishy.

I asked for details and said they were "repros" and tires are "Ovation". All sounds like CCC. Have heard of some Chinese wheels breaking. I may pass on these.

It's the Internet. Buyer beware! Chinese tires + Chinese wheels = a bad day.
Anyway, I already picked up a set of wheels that need some powder coating and tires.
Thanks guys.

Yep. Our 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD had a recall for the tailgate straps (straps, mind you, and not chains). I got the recall, where they gave you the new straps (truck didn’t have to sit at the dealership for a week waiting on the replacements to arrive and be installed). Thinking “Oh, now we’ll be safe loading stuff unto the bed.”, I pulled the new straps from the package, only to read the ‘Made in China’ tag on each strap.
I think about that EVERY time I’m standing on the lowered tailgate. 2X times when I’m unloading a drum of VP.
It’s been the best freaking vehicle we’ve owned. The number of Chinese parts on it are scary, though.
Of course, the iPad I’m typing this on is made in China. The irony isn’t lost on me.
Of course there is a difference between “build this thing to this standard or you’ll never see a Yuan”, and “here’s a round wheel design. Make us 1000 like it for a buck fiddy each and throw them on a slow board from China”.

It is the sad state of affairs unfortunately. Not a single brake rotor or drum is made in North America, all made in China. The last plant was bought out from Canada and moved to China in the '90's IIRC. There is however a big difference with an ACDelco or GM rotor that has quality controls and cheap eBay ones that are made from slag and thinned out.
