The wheels are not the issue--sensors will fit most wheel configurations. What matters is that the sensor operating frequency is compatible with the TPMS the car is built with--the 11-13 PPV uses 315MHz. Any sensor that broadcasts at that frequency will work.

As noted above, the current GM sensor is 20925924. It is a metal stem "high performance" sensor. It does come with a seal and probably the stem cap and valve, but it does not come with the nut.

GM PN 15234846 is the nut required, however it costs more than buying the kit below.

I have used GM PN 19117460 (stem service kit) if you do not have the nut. Rock Auto sells this kit and several variants from aftermarket sources (Schrader, Standard Auto).

Thanks...

This issue was confusing as there are a plethora of sensors and some places I looked at said the Camaro used 315MHz and others said 433MHz.

No longer confusing. I appreciate it!

Mooseman-According to eBay, those don't fit 11-13 Caprice PPV's but you're saying they worked fine? In my case I need a set for Camaro wheels and a set for CTS-V wheels on two PPV's.

Thanks,

I used the original GM part number. eBay's and Amazon's vehicle parts listings aren't reliable, especially with an oddball vehicle like ours.

In reality, it's a generic GM system--same display setup as used on G8, possibly other vehicles. The more robust "bolt-in" metal stem sensor is specified because of the high-speed capability of the vehicle. The majority of GM vehicles from this era operated on the 315MHz frequency. A number of newer models are now using 433 MHz--what 14-17 PPV uses appears to still be 315 MHz, even though a different PN, and is also a metal stem design.

I meant for part numbers in general with any make but having an oddball "made in Oz" vehicle doesn't help. RA are pretty good but eBay and Amazon leave a lot to be desired.

16 camaro tpms would not connect to my 2014 caprice.

Would really suggest just buying correct sensors for the car. As they all go in the wheels pretty much the same.

Just an update-
I took your advice and bought a couple of sets of these and they've been working fine since they were installed.

Thanks Mooseman!
