Thoughts on this Cradle bushing DIY?

Post by xcidmigs »

I started out reading about the various cradle bushing inserts and found this... I'm really tempted considering the low miles on my car, my fear would be taking it all apart and finding the bushings look beat up already.

interesting....perhaps a reasonable alternative to new aftermarket options, with not much increase in NVH

well the cheapest thing to do if one is capable of dropping the cradle oneself is that 3m stuff or using these add on inserts...

and the next step up would be this...

Seems like the price of the 3m stuff plus the inserts is close to the bmr kit which from what i read is pretty good and doesn't take much work or change the NVH of the car afterward.
