Hello and thanks for taking time to read this.
Does anyone happen to have the parts removed from the car, to be able to measure, or have the knowledge of the dimensions for the front sway bar bushings, and rear wheel knuckle bushings? I have contacted Holdenparts but have not heard back so far. It's nuts that GM wants to sell whole assemblies for bushings, or wants so much money for such inexpensive perishable parts as bushings. There is a supplier of poly bushings ( suspension.com ) that sells poly bushings based on outer, inner and length dimensions, it sure seems worth pursuing.
Perhaps a sticky could be started that dimensions could be posted creating a table of bushings that commonly wear out.
Thank you!

Front sway bar bushings - yes, the OE bushings are a little bit of frustration, since they are not sold separately, at least for WN (14-17). Front bar diameter for WN is 26mm - same as SS sedan. The aftermarket does not show an exact duplicate of the ribbed OE bushing, however Whiteline lists a 26mm front bar bushing - W23401G - for direct fit to this platform.

Rear knuckle bushing size - no idea, and not a service part.

I would say you are GTG with the whiteline bushings on the front bar, very proven products there, I would also check with BMR company since they are US based and do a lot of parts interchange between G8/SS/PPV, perhaps you would consider a complete front bar upgrade while you are at it?

And on those rear knuckles it seems like no one has ever had occasion to ask, makes me wonder what is with yours that no one else is seeing happen? What about a Take off used part for that with the bushing already in the knuckle? Plenty of scrapped cars out there with parts on ebay etc.

This is what the OE bushing looks like: https://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=pro ... superpro=1
There is no listing I can find at SuperPro for this bushing, so it may be an exclusive with BMR, even though it has a PN format similar to other SuperPro parts. The other issue with it is that it is made to fit a 23mm bar, so the question is whether there is a version of this bushing available in the SuperPro line made for a 26mm bar.
The OE bushings and clamps are made in S. Korea, and each size variant has a unique saddle clamp made to work with that bushing (ID). As Maurice (Pursuit) commented in his front bar change experience, the bushing & clamp come already installed on the bar, and it can be a bit tricky if the clamps and/or bushings are removed when it's time to re-install them.

I have a extra set of rear knuckles from a G8 and 14 Chevy SS. They are the same except the G8 base/GT knuckle has one spherical bushing and the SS has 2 sphiracal bushings. I do think the G8 GXP knuckle/bushings would have the 2 sphiracal bushings like the SS. I’ll get some pictures.
