Factory G8 springs

Has anyone tried using factory G8 springs to lower their car a bit? I'm working on doing a thing and shes sitting kinda high...

I didn't think the PPV sat much higher than the G8, just different spring rates. I could be wrong, but I would thing the spring height will be within 1/2" of what you had.

The rear upper spring pocket on the G8 is different than the PPV or the sedan SS. I remember seeing that the G8 guys were having a problem keeping the sedan SS springs seated in the G8 pockets. Don't know if the reverse is true or not. The sedan SS springs were $50-65 each...
