Who has the cheapest kit? Also, what's the general consensus for camshaft?

Welcome! Cheapest varies, especially with what's included, but a good value and pretty complete kit can be had from Texas Speed.

As for a cam, it depends on what you want to achieve. A stock LS3 cam is a nice little bump in performance while still being very manageable. Others can pipe in here, as I haven't done this yet, but again, it depends on what your goal is, and what accompanying mods are. You can also call folks like Texas Speed and talk to them. They're pretty familiar with the LS engine, and can discuss options.

I don't work for TS, and have no dog in this hunt, just going on what I've read on this and other forums.
