3 weeks in and I already killed the 6l80 in my 2011. Fortunately, I know one of the best transmission guys in Colorado and it is currently going under the knife and should be done Friday. I've never missed a car so much before, it's weird to be this in love with an old cop car.

Who’s your trans guy, and there’s therapy for that, you know.

His name is Mike Harvey, he's been doing transmissions for drag racing guys here in Denver since the 60's. I wouldn't let anyone but him touch any of my transmissions.

I heard they might be developing a cream for it actually, but just like a lot of cool cars out there it probably won't be available in the US.

He actually just got done doing one, he also offers a 12-month 12k mile warranty.

Accelerating from a light and I heard a pop and lost all accelerating, it acted like it was in neutral. Reverse worked though. It was interesting reversing down the street to get it parked somewhere safe.
