I just had mine apart and that's the seal mine had.

Not sure if it's just the image, or not, but it looks like that line isn't square and centered in the hold down. Perhaps the line got hit by something and it's now cracked?

it does look pushed up slightly ....of course being a beat down cop car its had its fair share jumps and back flips. I Like to have the part in my hand before i take it apart since auto-parts stores these days can only say "we can order it for you" and that doesn't help when you're elbow deep into a broken car. Not to mention when you say 2012 caprice you get a blank stare. I'll see if GM sells it separate from the pipes ....don't want to get too crazy I'm considering taking the car apart for its parts.

OMG that gasket is $5 bucks and change !! They don't call them stealerships for nothin !!

one IN stock, will probably cost me more in gas to go fetch it.

thats cheap for a dealer part though

my bill at the dealer right now is 756.00 , for carpet , floor mats and trunk liner for my ppv
