Do you feel like it helps performance at all?

I did a Btr ls3 stage 2 cam and long tubes at the same time so no idea. Honestly doubt it does much performance wise. It adds sound under the hood when you get on it.

Did you go with full LS3 build? If so, what do you think of results?

Re: Airaid 250-324 CAI
I’m unsure what that means sir. I’ve got the above cam (with supporting mods, long tubes and the air raid intake. I also have a 3.27 diff though I’ve got a 3.45 I’ve been thinking of installing. I have a 3200 stall laying on my bench I need to put in still.grittenhou wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 1:38 pm Did you go with full LS3 build? If so, what do you think of results?

Curious if you removed the active fuel management hardware and/or went with different heads...

Yes the dod has to be removed to run a different camshaft (though I saw a guy was running another factory cam with it)grittenhou wrote: ↑Sun Jul 19, 2020 6:35 pm Curious if you removed the active fuel management hardware and/or went with different heads...
The heads have nothing to do with dod, it’s the lifters, cam and valley cover only.

Installed Airaid CAI and weatherstrip seems to be short by 3 inches. You have same issue? Wrote to Airaid customer service, but no response.

Re: Airaid 250-324 CAI
that is normal since its a G8 part , plus the caprice not having a hood liner , and taller hood line
