Did some work to the car last weekend, one of the items on the list was the driver side motor mount. The original was leaking, so I figured while I had the engine jacked up to get the pan off, I'd change it. Other than being a royal pain to get back in, every thing went alright....except... now when I start and or drive the car I have a ridiculously noticeable vibration coming from the drivetrain.
Did I make a mistake only replacing the driver mount and leaving the passenger side alone? It didn't appear to be bad, but, it's apparent that something must not be jiving with the new mount...
Motor mount issue?
Re: Motor mount issue?
Did you replace it with an ACDelco? I don't know about this platform but on GMT360 trucks with the 4.2L, aftermarket ones are notorious for causing vibrations.

Yep, brand new delco.
Re: Motor mount issue?
Could be the other one. These types of things should be replaced in pairs.
