So didn't post any more, but the car has been under the knife since the initial tune. We struggled with a lot of intermittent issues. Specifically a bad misfire when rolling into the throttle.

All in all, had to replace the grounds, engine wire harness, and the ECU to fix the issue (ECU actually fixed it).

At least we have a nice looking, new, reloomed harness
