Cam swap/DOD help.

Just got most if not all my Parts from Texas Speed stage 2 DOD delete, along with a billet Circle D converter. My go to guy that was gonna help me flaked out. Is there any knowledgeable Caprice, G8, SS enthusiasts out there that can take on this task? Looking for someone not necessarily a shop in the So. Cal. Area. There's got to be someone out there who's done these and knows how to measure pushrod lengths and change out trunnion bearings. Lol
Thank you in advance to any good leads.

I just finished up a cam swap/DOD delete and converter install on my 14

For trunnion bearings I used a little $60 bench top press from Harbor Freight, and followed the Brian Tooley Racing video. It was my first time doing it, pretty simple and straightforward

As far as pushrod length, I used a Comp Cams length checker tool after watching a couple videos on how to use it.

I’m in northern Cali or I’d give you a hand

I used the same one -- small Harbor Freight bench top press for my trunions.

Thanks , yes it's much easier than the early small blocks to work on. My landlord just won't let me do major repairs here. If my Ex didn't get the house with the 3 car garage I'd be busy tearing apart that motor lol. I'm actually checking out an LS motor builder this week in Paramount that came recommended by a speed shop in Bellflower, says the guys really good and hopefully not crazy expensive. I'll keep you posted.
