Market for this stuff

Post by lastcall190 » Tue Jan 16, 2018 5:30 pm

Is there much of a market for any of the upfitted equipment? I ask because in putting in the child seat anchors, I kind of peeled back the onion a little and started to remove much of the equipment and subsequent wiring which was/is present in the rear seat/deck area. I have held back from gutting it like a fish with my wire cutters, simply because I guess maybe someone would want it? Or am I being ridiculous and just cut this thing up and remove the wires and be done with it?

I would suggest taking pictures of the equipment and try not to cut any wiring, if possible. Post up the pictures under miscellaneous parts for sale.

So far I have taken the spotlight off in its entirety, the rear LED flashers that sit on the rear deck (disconnected the weatherpack pins and repinned them when removal complete), and since I have the rear seats off I was tracing the wires towards the front of the car. Two antennae from the rear window (little square things stuck to the window both inside and outside). Have rear view mirror flashers that I am going to remove and either plug or procure replacement mirrors that weren't hacked up, there are two big circle things in the trunk when the lid is flipped up as well.

Thanks both of you for your input.

The 2 lights on the inside trunk lid, pictures please. And the rear view mirror, you mean the door or the windshield mirror? I might be interested in them both, Email me pics if it’s easier.
