My spare went down to Matti eons ago as a gift to him for one of his projects. Well is dry here. Car-part.com or one of the LKQ yards that had Caprices would probably be the best bet at this point....

I saw that but thats a two pronged problem
1. They are high out of their minds for a used locked unit
2. They cant tell me what year it came out of for some reason. Need a 2011 for testing some stuff

When you search eBay, add -fits to your search so that will filter out all the junk. I see there are some misc 2011 Caprice parts, maybe contact those sellers to see if they have one. I see LQK as one seller with a 2011 transmission.

Also use http://www.car-parts.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to search for a basic part like a hub cap or wheel if you do not see a speedo.

Not yet still looking, I have to do some experimenting and would never want to use one from someones car but thank you!

You could call Cleveland Pick-a-Part and see if they have one on the shelf, They've run some Caprices through there and might have one sitting not listed on inventory. Also the LKQ yards will dicker on parts especially if they've been there for a while. They lower the prices on stuff slowly based on their computerized inventory system....
