Looking for 2014+ Chevy Caprice

Hello,
I am looking for a 2014 or newer Chevy Caprice V8 with lower mileage (under 70,000) in good condition for under $15,000. I would prefer one that doesn't have exterior holes (except maybe a spotlight), major damage, or a chewed up interior. Ideally looking for the alloy wheels. Would anyone have recommendations on where to search? I don't mind auctions like GovDeals, or dealers. I will definitely be a long time before I would buy, but want to see what is out there and prices. I don't mind putting some work into a car, but would want to makes sure it is reliable and runs well. Black is cool, but I am flexible based on price and condition.
Ideas or recommendations on where to search (or departments phasing them out)? Thanks in advance!
