Yea can't find any reference to that slotted piece anywhere. Wonder is that something Kerr adds? Glad OP got some leads on a replacement but just wondering for the future.

From Kerr's ordering guide:

Wonder what that armrest looks like?

If they use Gamber's consoles/equipment, as what I have in mine, this is what it is. Its very comfortable.

I am very interested in this whole kit, too - the stock piece, spacers and slotted plate..

Yup thats the stock piece that covers the ebrake stuff, a set of spacers separate that from the slotted floor plate. I have the whole kit if you want it. Shoot me an offer.

@BIG_GREEK: I PM'ed you previously, if AKB360 ends up not needing/wanting them.
My bad - I wasn't trying to snake them out from under, honestly.

If anyone has them or knows where to get these, please feel free to PM me. Because right now I have a "less-than-ideal solution" covering my trans tunnel/console. :(

Thanks!

Hey Major welcome to the board!!

Get some custom ideas here, lots of options:

Gamber Johnson Consoles

AH just realized those are 14+ only. Wassup with that?

...but I really want those "plates". :D

I'm a not a small guy and, quite honestly, I love the fact that there is no "console" in the way in my car. I've found a small cupholder "console" that is designed to attach to that plate and it looks like it could be mounted nearly between the seats leaving the console free from extra... stuff.

That mounting plate and the part that guards the wiring in the tunnel were both removed from my vehicle before I purchased it, and whoever did that replaced it with some custom-made carpeted cheap-cardboard-like material that was rather easily destroyed by a curvaceous friend one fine summer's evening.

Cant seem to find the part number for metal center console used to mount equipment to, or any for sale online, May be purchasing a caprice soon and it doesnt have one installed.

Yeah, it would be nice to even have just the parts numbers for these.
Clearly, they are factory-installed parts, but I have not been able to find any listing of them in any online parts catalog either.
Any help would with that would be immensely appreciated. Thank you.

This looks like its it. It doesn't show the slots in the illustration. Huge money however $600 retail. Yikes.

Ouch. Well, now I know why those guys stripped those parts off of my car and replaced it with the cheap carpeted cardboard crap.
Thanks for the part number (92276144) and the diagram, 89LT19C1 - thankfully, BIG_GREEK is gonna try and hook me up. :)
