Another one concerning the carpet, if a G8 carpet was used, it won't go all the way under the rear seat, leaving a gap in the corners since the Caprice is longer than the G8. I left the rubber mat under the carpet.

That particular tool doesn't give any feedback. It transmits only.

If the tool doesn't work, there's always the letting out air method. It's more of a PITA but works.

You have to put it in relearn mode for it to work. The tool may be activating the sensors but that won't do anything unless it's in relearn mode.
