I went with the front Brembo setup Bill outlined a while back. Check out page 3 of my project thread:

Re: Water slushing inside doors
Like Sanford said, yep. I use a Q-Tip to clean out the holes. Do them all, because if one is plugged, the others are soon to follow. Interesting that it seems to have become an issue on later-model GM vehicles. Our 2010 Tahoe PPV also had this issue with the back doors. The first time I ever experie...

Re: Low oil pressure
Did you block off the bypass in the oil pan? Did you replace the DOD valley cover with one that blocks off the lifter oil towers? And a dumb question, is the pressure sensor plugged in? Try a new sensor? Is the engine noisy? I'd connect an analog gauge to see actual pressure. And if you replace the...

Re: And it commences.
Be aware on these cars that the in-tank pump can & has failed on people in the past, if it fails unless you want to use a lift and physically drop the gas tank you can get to it from the rear floor pan area.... if you're not squeamish about sawing a hole in the pan. RCG630 had to did that and t...

Re: Headliner repair?
Yeah, I know that. Been there, done that sort of thing. Didn't know if things had improved any from the '90's. I attempted a recover ONCE. It was on our 1983 Impala F41. I vowed then I'd never do that again. Friends did that sort of work then, and did really good work, so I left it up to them. I'd t...

Headliner repair?
While heading to the pharmacy to pick up a 'script for my bride, I noticed that the leading edge of the headliner is coming loose. I was busy with that task, so didn't do a thorough analysis when I got home, but am HOPING it's just the leading edge. I'll know better later on, maybe this weekend when...

Re: rear windows don't work
Did you check your SPID label for option 6N5? If you have that option, your rear windows will not work from any switch without a reprogram to disable it.

Re: ABS light without touching the brake
Had the light come on on our '12 a while ago. The scanner said it was the left rear. Pulled the sensor, and a ball of rust rolled out the hole. Thinking that might be the issue, I put it all back together. After a test revealed it was not, or simply pulling that ball of rust out of the hole didn't f...
