No. I was told by a tuner and former chevy tech that turning DOD off by tune does prevent the lifter issue related to the 4/8. Don t know but with a lot of warranty left I ll either leave it for now or grab a Ranger AFM delete device. I think the warranty on the engine is either 5/6 years and 100K....

With the camera above the plate, do you have one in the trunk lid? That is a neat place for one. I might have to look into it for my 14. Also, you spot under the heater controls, something is missing, my has a pocket with a 12v socket In it. Yes have the trunk lid camera. Yes I have the 12v outlet....

Plastic is there. Like I said the hook was bent back. I can bend it straight down but don t want to keep bending or I guess it may break.

FYI/. Dealer will fix under warranty. Clip may be broken.

The one I saw was sold. Search continues. There cheaper than that new. I only need a used one though.

even so, you d think the seat would sit flat down. It pops up a little. Thinking maybe tab still not straight enough. Don t want to over bend and break. I can t find a pic to save my life, LOL.

no good , bent it down to almost straight down. Still doesn't t lock in.
I don t want to bend it too far down. I d have to see a pic of another to be sure. The other side is locked in but I m afraid to pull it out for fear of breaking it and then I d have two hooks not working.

Thanks, it s at a 45 degree angle facing back. Must have got bent and that explains why I can get it in.
