Re: Financing issues.
I had to just get a high interest personal loan due to the same problem. Only NADA had the value listed and my bank only used KBB. Their reasoning for not using both was then they'd get into situations where one had a different price listed than the other.

Bad motor mount, what else should I address while fixing?
Chevy dealer is going to be replacing a motor mount for me under warranty, car's got 85,000 miles on it, is there anything else I should have them look at or do when doing whatever they have to do to replace the mount?

Re: Show off your wheels ON YOUR CAR!
Is it almost a given with these cars that any 19's will work, but it's the 18's where you're going to have a hard time finding the right wheels to clear the calipers?

Re: Show off your wheels ON YOUR CAR!
Are those 9" wide wheels? Would love to know weight and if they just mounted right up. I've got 9" steelies and my only complaint is how heavy they are, 43 lbs.indianajoe wrote:Finally got my CTSV wheels mounted, stock V size Pilot A/S3+

Re: G8 Eibach Springs Installed!
Can you cite the part number or model? Thought there were a few for the G8's correct? https://www.summitracing.com/parts/eib-38137-140" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; How much did it lower the car? I have the H&R springs but haven't installed them yet and realized they'...

Re: how wide can i go on steelies?
Sorry for this somewhat non-answer...the widest tire that you can fit back there is a lot wider than the widest tire that you can put on an 8" rim (which as far as I've seen a tire shop mount according to "their policy" is a 255). But perhaps S13REMI's thread on how he put 10" wi...

Re: Driving in "manual" mode 9C3
Can the ECM be programmed to NOT downshift automatically? I would rather accidentally stall the engine than what happens to me quite often, i.e. I'll be rolling through a corner and I won't feel the automatic downshift and then I manually tap to downshift and bang all of a sudden I'm a gear lower th...

Re: My 2011 9C3 build thread
Please weigh that wheel! Got another one widened after my Discount Tire fiasco (paid for by Discount). Factory steely weighs 34 lbs, and after widening 1" from Weldcraft 36.5 lbss. So a 2.5 lb increase, so 10 lbs for all 4 on the car. Of course now I have a spare 9" wheel so if I mount a ...

Re: Those with Remote Start
Did you have your BCM worked on by Chris? Maybe he can answer? I have all the parts to do this, but haven't sent him my BCM yet.
