Re: 2011 9C3 ignition acting up

Old post but new revelation....Right before this car's warranty ended I had my local dealership fix anything and everything they could under warranty. One thing I mentioned to them was the ignition problems I'd been having. They replaced the ignition. It didn't fix the issue though, and now the car ...

Re: Transmission Pan upgrade

It was getting the occasional flare 3rd gear shift and it's all good now. I've been thinking of doing this pan. Need to confirm though, is this symptom where the car has a significant delay in getting between gears? I always drive my 2011 in tap to shift manual mode and quite often if I'm getting o...

Re: Car covers by COVERCRAFT

They will make it to order--it is not an in-stock "on the shelf" product, since there are so many fabric options. They DO have a pattern that is specific for Caprice, and it is still good. I had a cover made last year. They are not inexpensive. Ok so the Holden Caprice cover will fit a PP...

Re: Car covers by COVERCRAFT

Did Covercraft end up producing a cover from these efforts? Looks like this post is a few years old.

Re: Widening stock steel wheels - anyone thought about it?

Done and they fit like a dream... Does this dude still post? Was there any more room, inside or outside, for any more width on the rears? Looking to have steelies widened too. No more room on outside for rears, and not sure about inside. I'll check next time I'm under there. Haven't done much with ...

Headlight headlamp bulb replacement 2011 Caprice 9C3

I replaced my bulbs without having to remove front bumper. It was a tight squeeze to get the right side bulb in, but not too bad at all really. Thought I'd have to have my girlfriend do the bulb install but I was able to do it without losing too much skin :D The left side was simpler, I have the K&a...

Re: Headlight bulb replacement instructions?

Well I successfully changed out my passenger side headlight bulb (and the driver's side at an earlier date) without removing the bumper, I simply moved moved the fuse box over a couple inches and undid a couple wire ties holding cables that were in the way. I'm going to write a post with pics explai...
