Yea, anything that grounds it. You could even extend it and put it somewhere a little easier to attach. Car will have tons of misfires and run like a dog until it's connected.

Console swap shifter bezel part #?
Anyone have the correct part numbers for the manual transmission style center bezel trim for a G8 console swap? I'm getting conflicting info from the search function and internet. The part # I'm getting is 92188262 which is a Series 1 part. But several have said it needs to be a Series 2 part to fit...

Headlight lens removal
My car has holes in the headlights from flashers, and whoever removed them didn't patch the holes. I now have condensation and dust inside my lights. Does anyone know if the lens removes with screws? Any idea on timeframe? I was going to order a Rover cable and cut it up, hence the need for the diagram. If your going to make cables in the not to distant future I'll just order one from you. And Just to update this thread I have been able to source the 20 pin connector and terminals from a company...

Thanks, I ended up ordering a pass thru connector (ISO2CAR Mute) to do what I wanted. Also made installing my XM radio easier. Also, thank you for all the informative posts with connector part numbers and diagrams.

Motor mounts
Just snapped the drivers site motor mount after playing with the engine tune for a bit. Any aftermarket poly units availible or do I have to make my own?
