I put a new AC Delco pulley on with an ARP bolt and my new pulley looks like it’s wobbling too. The bolt is tight so I’m not worrying about it

Yeah that's one way to look at it. All of our new explorer interceptors have a ton of idle time on them too and they're holding up well also.
