Sounded like crap and made a sound similar to what you're describing.

Gotcha, didn't realize by resonator you meant the stock air intake. My mistake.

Do you have a thread on the intake resonator delete? What's all involved?

Definitely a pump over the stock 355hp, 363hp rating given in some areas for the car.

The car is completely stock besides your headers and exhaust now?

400hp is pretty epic for the price point you can get these cars at.

Did you change to an underdrive harmonic balancer? That can affect charging.

Have you got a tune to match the turbo? You would also want to get a proper tune done, because RPM settings can affect the alternator charging correctly as well.
