The awesome crew at the dyno shop were the ones who squeezed every ounce of power out of this thing. They were having absolute fun working on this Canadian unicorn. Yep, it happens. I had an ACDelco reman that crapped out less than a month in and replaced it with a Chinese made new one that lasted the rest of the life of the truck. Go figure.

Put some heat insulating tape on the A/C muffler can that needed to be bent out of the way for the headers. It's still close and didn't like all that extra heat being put into the system. This stuff actually has an insulating material rather than just a simple reflective tape and should help. IMG_20...

Nice work! Just for my own info, how long did it take you from start to finish?

Are you also getting it dyno tuned? I just did it and it's worth it! In fact, if you don't you might destroy your cats as I found out it was running very rich with the stock tune and headers.
