Hey all,
Have a good friend that is doing a restoration on a Federal Signal Twinsonic Model 12 lightbar, he's short one blue optic dome for it. If anyone has one of those sitting please let me know... It's a regular Model 12, series A1.
Thanks
Eric

Re: Deal on a tweaked State of NC Caprice
No bends above the windshield that I can see. It's in VIN sequence with my car, they probably got a block production lot of cars for their fleet order. My car's build probably applies to all they received for that model year. I've got my window sticker - was folded in the glove compartment when I go...

Re: Deal on a tweaked State of NC Caprice
Hmmm, well glass is expensive unless you can get one out of a wreck. Guess that tears it then. They may have had to dig a bit if the hood was pushed back to get it open, could have been a FD trying to disable the battery at the crash scene, lol. Then finding out it was in the back :o :o :o Saw the w...

Deal on a tweaked State of NC Caprice
Hey all, I had thought about bidding on this car but I'm not in a good position to do so currently - too much going on down here. This is a 2015 Caprice with a 3.6 LFX out of the State of NC, 102K miles. Car was tweaked on the front nose, hood was buckled slightly and the grille will need to be repl...

Re: New Caprice owner in Wisconsin
Hey there! Welcome fellow V6 owner! My 2015 has a V6 that just crossed 150K and is going strong. Make sure your oil changes are done on time, every time! The V6 engines anecdotally have a nasty habit of developing timing chain stretch if not maintained correctly. They are a bit better on fuel econom...

Car with an identity crisis!
I was going through auctions shortly forthcoming in just a little while and I spotted this gem of a car from the Town of Davie, FL. 2011 9C1, 88K miles with a L77. I honestly don't know what to say.... does it turn into a taxi after dark? Davie1.jpg Davie2.jpg Methinks the city fathers have been at ...

Re: Bloomington, IL - Caprice sale
Yep, sale is closed now. I didn't catch the first 2014 closing price, but the other car went for $9,000.
