Re: TPMS All Dashes
I solved it. You need to set the tire type using a scan tool. If you replace the module or replace a tire pressure sensor, and it does not know the type of tire (in my case I picked p-standard metric, 35 psi), it will throw all dashes.

Re: TPMS All Dashes
Sorry to revive an old thread, but I have the same problem. So far I have replaced all my TPMS sensors, AND replaced my RCDLR with brand new and already reprogrammed it via SPS using my MDI 2. Still the same problem though. ARGH!! What else could it be?

Help me ID this cable
Ok, so I know its the power for the ABS module, but I cant seem to find where the other end plugs in. Can someone trace this on their car and tell me what it attaches to? Its down by the AC compressor. I reinstalled my engine and dont remember unplugging it, but nonetheless, my ABS module has no pow...

Re: oil pressure
There is a PID for oil pressure. I monitor it when data logging. There is also a low oil pressure alarm that will go off on the DIC if the pressure drops below 25psi at high rpm or 5-6 psi at idle for more than 10 sec. I hope you never see it! ( I have)

Re: Trans R&R for converter install
Nice work! Hope you remembered the blue loctite on the converter bolts. I must have forgotten it last time I did mine because when I pulled the engine last week my converter bolts were halfway unscrewed already. Talk about a ticking time bomb.

USAA didnt have it, but they were able to add it. They just needed safety features and average value.

Re: Better fuel pump for boost?
I adjusted my tune on the stock FICM to account for the boost pump, but did not replace any hardware.

Re: Transmission issues
Cool. For the 3-4 shift flare that is slowly resolving itself via adaptives, thats good, but it means there may be a possibility that your 4-5-6 clutch pack is well worn. Its the smallest clutch in the trans so it has the least surface area to hold with and usually fails first. The adaptives are mak...

Re: Better fuel pump for boost?
Yes. I went with the DSX tuning add-on pump because it works with the returnless system. I do like it a lot. I pretty much have it maxed out on E85 and 15 PSI of boost with my displacement though. I run it pretty lean (0.87) and spray meth to help out. It gets down to about 30 PSI of fuel pressure a...
