Re: Car seemingly running hot? or is this OK?

Just as a followup, since replacing the hose and the tee fitting the temp has been rock stable, even when sitting in traffic the car hardly goes over 200, sometimes it will go up to 207 maybe? But it's mostly between 190-195.

Car seemingly running hot? or is this OK?

Hello, 2011 stock PPV, 77k miles on it. I replaced the bypass hose and tee fitting off the top radiator hose a few weeks back, topped off the coolant, ensured that the overflow bottle was topped off with 50/50 Dexcool and went on my merry way. Noticed that the car seems to be running hot - it will w...

Also this video:

really helped me see exactly what do to and how to remove the fuel injector clips, it's not obvious when looking at them!

Re: Troubleshooting a P0202/P0302 error

So all's well that ends well. Got the Bosch injector on Friday, replaced it this morning. No more P0202/P0302 codes and the car is now drivable again! Took about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes to replace it, not terrible. If I had to do it again it would probably take less time. When I pulled the...

Re: Troubleshooting a P0202/P0302 error

I don't have tons of free time unfortunately to work on the car - the replacement injector was $20 shipped, if it doesn't work, I'll return it if RockAuto will take it - going to try and do the "screwdriver" method to listen to it before it comes. I'll take the valve cover off if I replace...

Re: Troubleshooting a P0202/P0302 error

This is what I ordered:

https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.ph ... 224&jsn=11

If there's an issue, I'll just order the AC Delco one. I was just worried because it mentions that you need the pigtail for it (which I guess I don't as it'; already wired into the car)

Re: Troubleshooting a P0202/P0302 error

Yeah that's kind of what I'm thinking - just replace it. BOSCH OK? Or should I go with AC Delco for the replacement?
RockAuto has the BOSCH injector and the AC DELCO but says that the AC DELCO needs some wiring pigtail - I don't think I'll need that as I already have the wiring there?
