we took the car for a road trip to santa fe for thanksgiving weekend and it drove really nice. a whole lot of life left in this car at 45k miles.

FULL cloth? Or just the vinyl with cloth down the center of each seat. If latter, doesnt have to be a 9C3, but I'm unaware of how common that option was.
