So far today I did the G8 shifter swap. Probably the worst part of it was getting to the BCM plug. I found that splicing into the purple wire(pin#17in the X1(green connector), and adding a new wire in pin (pin#20) was the best course of action. I used GM part # 13575870. 2013 Caprice 9C1 Dragweek 2019 build
So after watching my Brother in law have a blast this year ive decided to make the leap and start building. Especially with the NHRA rules for 08+ cars being able to run 9.99 with no bars.

Im not gonna lie. I was smilling ear to ear on the 1.5 hr trip home. not to mention i got 23mpg. in the last 25 min of my trip i managed to get it down to 18mpg lol!!

Very nice. Are you keeping it completely stock or are there mods in the future? Well as far as my wife knows there are no upgrades!! I'll be doing all the radio and bcm modifications with WAMS. Bluetooth & remote start are kind of a must. trying to find a Sat receiver also. I have the hood latc...
