Re: Parting 25K mile '14 9C1: but no L77, trans, exhaust or
I would like to buy the entire radio connector from the right side of the factory radio. It is the one that has the speaker wiring with the flip up locking handle. Just cut the wires near it. I will pay what you need to mail it to me. Thanks.

Re: 15288 Fuel Pump Module Leak Recall
Yes I bought it from Liberty Chevrolet. I was told I bought the last of the 2013 9C1s. Had it shipped here. They had some Camaro wheels on it and the tires that were too big for the car. The fronts rubbed on the wheel wells. I bought a set of wheels and tires in the original size for the Caprice and...

Re: 15288 Fuel Pump Module Leak Recall
I bought a 2013 9C1 new from a dealer last October, and before they would release the car, they had to replace the fuel pump due to a recall. I was told the back seat is removed and the work is done through the floor instead of dropping the tank.

Re: Carpet Install & Interior Overhaul
I see the posting of "... no sound from my rear speakers ...". I am interested in seeing why the rear speakers have no sound. I have a 2013 9C1 and the only way to hear any sound from the rear door speakers is to turn the fader all the way to the rear and turn the volume all the way up. I ...

Re: How to remove rear parcel shelf trim?
Would you recommend mounting the speakers the same way you did? Would you do anything different? Your speaker installation looks good. I am planning to put a couple of full range 8 inch 3 way speakers in the package shelf of a 2013 9C1. It looks like cutting the holes to size works. Also, an adapter...

Re: Service procedure to reprogram the radio
Tannoy speakers on rear radio connector have very low sound level. I had my 2013 Caprice 9C1 radio programmed by White Automotive, last November, and the new functions work. I heard the rear door speakers in the doors, without speaker grills, and they were a very low sound level. I planned to put sp...

Re: anybody have any ideas on this?
Would this gear indicator work on a stock 2013 9C1 ? Demonstration video shows the gear number in automatic mode. They say "Easily plugs into your existing OBD-2 port". Video shows all four color indicators at the same time. http://www.speartech.com/6L80gearindicator_p/6lgearindicator.htm&...

Re: Removing radio
I removed my 2013 9C1 Caprice PPV radio for the upgrade. It is necessary to remove the gear shift knob, on a 9C1, in order to remove the shifter housing to allow clearance for removing the lower front panel. It took a lot of searching to find out how, but a youtube video showed me. Pry the shifter b...

Auxiliary Power Outlet Hot All The Time
The Auxiliary Power Outlet (APO) on the 2013 9C1 is only on when the key switch is on. I wanted it to be hot all the time, just like the old cars. The best way to do this was to install a jumper from a hot fuse circuit to the APO fuse. I used a fuse extender and crimp connector that are available on...
