Re: CAI update with stock GM part?

I believe that AEM also offers just the tube that goes between TB and airbox to eliminate the all the plastic in the intake.

On Edit: 21-8027DC AEM Brute Force Intake System $198.99...not cheap.

Re: New Tires - What Air Pressure to Run?

Well, had a cold snap come through over the weekend and when I went to work this morning I noticed that air pressure dropped to 34 psi. To my surprise no alarms or warnings from TPMS. Go figure.

Re: New Tires - What Air Pressure to Run?

I have a 2013 9C1(25K miles), the sticker on the door jam says 39 PSI front 44 PSI rear, but that is for the RS-A's W rated and a load range of 1604 lbs per tire. These tires are 1704 lbs per tire and are V rated (149 mph). I just wanted to make sure I am running enough pressure for even tire wear a...

New Tires - What Air Pressure to Run?

So at 25K miles my Goodyear RSA's gave up. Not wanting to spend $200+ per tire for a new set of subpar tires (IMHO). So I started looking for something else. I found a Continental Purecontact LS in 245/50/18's with a V100 rating (100lbs more load per tire - .3" taller & .2" wider), spe...

Re: Installed Rear Speakers

So, I am checking out the speakers and holes, can you actually hear anything out of the factory speakers now that you drilled the holes?

And, any chance those new speakers are gonna kicked to death by unaware passengers?

Re: G8 door panels

I too have a 2013, and I adjusted the volume all the way to the rear and turned up the volume and lo and behold I have speakers back there. You might try this too. Still tryin' to figure out what to do to get volume out of them, drilling a 100 holes in my rear panels to let the sound out just makes ...

Re: 2013 PPV Radio - have rear speakers that work,but....

I thought about just drilling holes in the panel in a circle, but that might look too cheezy.

I guess the aftermarket speakers lower in the panel is probably the way to go, besides creativity ain't my strong suit.
