Re: Autocrossing the Caprice

If you will be doing any of that Caprice upgrade work on weekends, then I don't only offer my help, I insist ;)

I will try to be there for the September event... gotta let Caprice have some fun - poor thing didn't see past 2500rpm for past 3 months :)

Re: Autocrossing the Caprice

Too bad I could not be there when you were running your Caprice. I had fun driving this car on previous events, and I agree it really needs to get lowered, swaybars upgraded, and better/wider tires in order to compete with other V8s at autocross.

Re: PPV as a daily driver or family car

Ya, as soon as I started driving my new Caprice, it turned from "I'll buy it and make it a weekend sleeper fun car" kind of idea, into my daily driver with occasional autocross.

Re: Caprice Model Year Differences

The difference is: 2011 is awesome and simply the best - because I have it. Which simply leaves other year models vastly inferior. And that, my fiend, is the truth.

Re: Key recall questions...

when I got my recall done, they just changed the key blade part, with one rotated 90*, while leaving the same transponder part. And since I only had one key, they could do recall work only to that one key I provided, since it's not a complete replacement.
