That console is called a Clutter Catcher. It's made right here in Grand Prairie, TX. They sell in Wal-Mart for $29.95 and fit the Caprice perfectly. I've had this one in my 11, 14, and 16. It sits a little further back behind the shifter in the 11-13 models, but still works great. I just keep moving...
